That was cool - 10# heavier than last time and over a minute faster. To be fair, though, I remember that last time my shoulders were pretty shot that day.

The clean and jerks were squat cleans and thrusters (allowed by Dutch) - same as last time.
70# on the press. Last time I did 70# was a few weeks ago, and I missed the final rep. Today I got it, and felt like I could have done more sets.

Was inside on a stationary bike. Yes, that is weak.....but at the time it was getting dark outside and was still roughly 800 degrees out. Both not awesome for biking.
