125-1
135-1
145-1
155-1
165-1 (ties PR)
175-miss
175-1 (PR)

3 rounds for time of:
20 Thrusters, 65#
10 Deadlifts, 75% BW (used 160#)
10 Lunges

4:09

BW = approx. 210#
75% of 210 = approx. 160#

Everything was continuous, and the transition times were pretty negligible (could have been a little faster from lunges to thrusters), but I need to make my thrusters faster.

Some notes on this past week:

A lot of stuff this past week was supposed to be lighter or a reduction in sets, and today's max attempts were just supposed to be technique work. That said, I didn't want to go that route, so I kept the number of sets the same for all the lifts and ramped the metcon weights and numbers back up to what Dutch had originally posted (before he reduced all that stuff). However, I did follow all his percentages whenever they appeared, so the snatches and clean and jerks on Monday and Tuesday were definitely lighter, which was nice.

I just recently found out that tomorrow is supposed to be a snatch max day, so I'll do some percentage work instead. Tuesday is set to be a clean and jerk max day, which I've been avoiding due to my shoulder, but I might give it a try this time.

(I don't expect anyone else to find the above interesting; it's for my reference. Chris, I suppose you might find it useful if you're ever interested in doing something similar.)

7:23. Last time it was 9:51, so that's a good improvement.
