100 Squat Clean Thrusters - 35# DB
Plus 5 burpees EMOM

I scaled this down to 30# DBs because I'm not Jason Khalipa. It was still terrible, horrible punishment the whole way.

I got through 6 minutes up to 52 reps and sat down and took a giant break.

Then I did 28 more reps in 5 minutes and sat down an took a giant break.

Then 20 final reps in 3 minutes.

It ended up being something like 20 minutes with all the breaks.

I did NOT do the burpees during the break periods.



It was absolutely terrible. Before each break, I got to the point where I would get 5 burpees and MAYBE 1 thruster in the minute.

The internal monolog with me berating myself for not being mentally tough enough to suck it up and keep going was the worst part......or the funniest part......depends on your vantage point.

I recorded myself on these, and I'm going to see if I can post some...could be an exercise in frustration but I'll try.

PR on the Snatch by 3#. I'll take it.
