CFE Bike: Rode total of 13 minutes and total distance was 5.67 miles. Overall speed was 26.17 mph, but that does NOT include the rest. There's no way I could hold that pace w/o the rest. =)
I rode this on the spin bike so I'm not sure the resistance (increased it after round one because it seemed too light), but here were the distances for each round: 1-1.81 2-.89 3 -.46 4-.84 5-1.67

The cleans were by no means perfect, but they weren't the issue. Bad shoulder pain today on the jerks - very annoying. I'm pretty sure it's my fault - I am trying to get more of my hand around the bar on the jerk, but I think that's causing the bar to be resting less on my shoulders and more on my hands. I think this in turn wrenches my shoulder joints when I dip and drive. At least, this was my theory the last time I had this type of pain (about a year ago), and my adjustment worked out well that time.
My split jerk max is definitely less than my clean max, but it shouldn't be this low. My push press max is 200 or more, and I snatch-grip push pressed 205 last week, so this is obnoxious, especially since I clean and jerked 190 x 1 x 5 last week. Oh well, next time.

All in all, rarely ever working on jerks has definitely left a gaping hole in my fitness. Gotta get better. Will get better.
