First mile time was under 8:00 barely. Row time was under 9:00 barely. Second run time was...SLOW! Hahahahaha.
CFE Swim:
Workout was 3 sets of 700y for time. Rest 1-2 minutes between. I did an extra 100 round one. I STRUGGLE!!!!!

Did Wednesday's and Thursday's workouts about 3-4 hours apart. Not ideal, but I didn't have time on Wednesday, and I wanted the rest day on Friday.
