CFE Workout:
Run 1 mile up hill, rest 1:00, jog down hill, rest 1:00. Run up 1 mile hill, done.
Mile 1: 8:04
Mile 2: 8:14
I'm happy with this run. There was a NICE tail wind up hill, so that had to help some but it was a good run.
