For time: 100 Double Unders 10 HSPU, touched 3-15# bumper plates 20 Pull-ups 30 Wall balls, 15# 40 Sit-ups 50 Burpees 40 Sit-ups 30 Wall balls 20 Pull-ups 10 HSPU 100 Double Unders 29:24 Bruuuutal. My heart rate wouldn't come down for a lonnnng time after this one. Also, these were the worst double unders I have EVER done. We're talking many, MANY sets of 1-3 in a row. Not cool.
Shoulders wouldn't tolerate the C & J - stems from the pain on Tuesday, but probably exacerbated by the doubled-up sessions on Thursday, which shot my shoulders.

The push-ups were lousy, but I think that might have been partially because of the shoulder issues. For the KTE - I'm not sure which gave out first, my ab strength or my grip.
