Under Dutch's direction, I was supposed to get a time between 5-7 minutes, so I scaled the pull-ups up to CTB pull-ups. They were unbroken (although not butterfly CTB just yet), so that was nice.
We did the Front Squats/Deadlift/GHD workout.
Front Squats used 65#
Deadlift used 183#
