The 100 cleans/burpees workout was horrific. I did it outside at CHS at 1:00. Brilliant. I had to stop and go into the shade at 87 done b/c I was afraid I'd pass out. I didn't miss any burpees, I just did them really slowly in the shade, did one clean, then back to burpees again in the sun. Time was 16:47.
Oh, and I used 20# DBs.

I didn't really do any two-a-days like I thought I would this week. Instead, stuff just got moved around a lot (e.g., Thursday's lifting was lumped in with Wednesday's, and Wed's metcon was moved to Thursday). On Monday, at least, I did what I had planned:

Should have had that under 4 min. The second two sets of pull-ups had to broken up (6,4 and then 2,3,3,2 . . . if I recall correctly from a week ago).
