20 minute running TT. Route was up a big, long hill, but then of course back down it...then back UP it into the strong wind, then down it and ALMOST back to my start. I'm pretty happy with it. Also, I think I need different running shoes. I don't recall ever having such bad blisters as I've had lately...and this is WITH double layer socks. This was over lunch.
I'm happy with this WOD, especially considering I had the run earlier today. My legs were pretty tired so the box jumps were the worst. I kept my grip on the bar for all the reps of all the pull-ups (although there were times I just hung there) which saved me some time AND was just...encouraging. =) GHD's were all continuous of course.

PR on DUs with 40 in a row in the first set. -Not so many in a row after that......
