Note: CTB is "unique." Globo gym doesn't have a straight pull-up bar, but two grips on the underside of the crossbar on a cable machine. It is not a bad setup, usually. But CTB is more like chin over the crossbar (about 5" above hand grips). Also, I had to MacGyver a 30" box today. The 30" ply box is broken, so I took the 24" with a mat underneath+25# plates+35# plate on top. It was 29", but I didn't feel safe adding more plates on top trying to jump for speed (as opposed to height). Lastly, there is not GHD. Many times I also MacGyver the smith machine, but today it was in use, so I subbed KTE; it was brutal on my hands. I have some nice blisters.
So, all said and done it felt fast, but it was not exactly as rx'd.

My hands suffered a little from a WOD a few days ago, and then got a little worse with this one - not horrible, but slightly worse, so with those KTE, yeah, I imagine it was pretty brutal.

Nice job on that time.
