1:28. Horrible. WAY less than stellar run. I had to walk multiple times and I was getting all goofy in my head the last two miles. Got home and was scared passing out was imminent so called Chris just so someone would know if I did. Drank some Coke and ate some strawberries and laid under the fan for a while. Scary!
Things to do better: Long run the day after a REST day, not the day after a big workout.
TAKE NUTRITION on runs longer than 6 miles.
Eat more than 2 eggs and a granola bar before running 8 miles.
Wear gloves if it's less than 50. You can always take them off.
