I'm doing a sort of CF Endurance thing this month. I will still post my workouts here, even if they don't coincide with the posted workout. I'm planning to do an Oly distance tri in June, then RAGBRAI in July, then maybe one or two more Olys in July/August. Hence the Endurance training.

Tuesday for me:
Before spin:

Handstand Push-ups (touched head to flat Bosu thinger and a small 5# weight)
Push-ups
Ring Dips (Jumping, starting with rings in my pits)

Total time was 12:40

Spin after that. T'was good. No cookie dough and whipped cream the night before, so I was okay stomach-wise. Weird. =)

Don't have my little black book on my right now... I think my clean was 85k, i.e. 187, and my OH Squat was like 135. I'm not really very good at that, i.e. don't really ever do it.

That was yesterday.

Today was supposed to be something else, but the gym was full, so 7x1 squats. Thats tricky, because my back is finally feeling better, but I didn't want to push it.
So I warmed it up for a while, and didn't try too hard, and didn't feel any pain. So:
Back Squat 7x1:

130 / 286

Seth -- I won't be teaching now. The deal with the stipend is that as soon as it starts, April 1, I lose my job. So no teaching. The pay is also a little less than the job. But all in all, no complaints here.

Also...Phil remind me sometime when we're squatting or something that I want to mess around with kipping HSPU's.
