10 Burpees
40 Sit-ups

My time was 8:42. Tom felt his back twinge in round 3 and WISELY ended his workout. That in and of itself can be a challenge!

That's crazy that you did this workout twice in one day. And you got the same time. This might mean that you should have gone harder on the first go-round, eh?

This is 1:50 or so faster than about a month ago, so that's good, but it still needs to get faster.

Mile 1 - 7:30
Mile 2 - 7:19
Mile 3 - 6:59

Mile 0-2 @ 8.2mph (7:19 min/mile)
Mile 2-2.8 @ 8.3mph (7:13 min/mile)
Mile 2.8-3 @ 10mph (6:00 min/mile)
