That's crazy that you did this workout twice in one day. And you got the same time. This might mean that you should have gone harder on the first go-round, eh?
3 mile run at Urban Active Treadmill at 1% - remember, Becky, always set your treadmill at 1%.

This is 1:50 or so faster than about a month ago, so that's good, but it still needs to get faster.
