7 rounds for time of:
8 DB Front Squats, 50#/35#
12 Push-ups
8 DB Lunges, 50#/35#
(Courtesy of CF Omaha)
For both the front squats and the lunges, the DBs are held atop the shoulders (as you would in a DB thruster). For the lunges, simply step forward into a lunge (knee touching the ground) and then push off your lead leg to return to a standing position. These are not walking lunges.

A point of clarification...one lunge is one lunge...right? One lunge is NOT one on EACH LEG.
Correct. Thus, 8 DB Lunges = 4 lunges with the left leg and 4 lunges with right leg (alternating).
Holy...cow.
I used 30# DB's. They were heavy. Very, very heavy. My rear is NOT happy with me today. Nor was it last night. Wow.

Also, since I'm already dominating the comments on this day...let me add something more.
This morning I swam. I did a challenging workout...and about kilt myself. My arms, lats, rear, legs, everything is totally fried. But since I'm ridiculous, when I was done with the killer workout, I did "just a few more 200's." Sigh...I have NO idea what I will do tomorrow that won't hurt me.
