I used a 10# med ball, not 15#. I did 4 rounds, not five.

I believe my most memorable comment (at least to Kiley) was, "I just want to cut out my lower back."

Also, I forgot to mention this - nice job Kiley and Becky for new pull-up PRs!

That exclamation point felt a bit weird, but I'm leaving it.
