Still using Rut's percentages with a new theoretical max of 335#.
Percents: 55, 62.5, 70, 77.5, 85

It might have been a 1-rep PR as well, but I'm not sure.

Bench Press 5 x 5
I'll use a new theoretical max once I get 250 x 5. Until then, I'm still just using 5 pounds more per set than my last successful 5 x 5 workout.
