I did it 3 times. The form on the 1st was a little sketchy, on the second and third, I thought it was pretty good. I had a guy watching me, and he said that on those 2 I was parallel, and that on the last one I had taken care of my wandering right knee.
Try #4, I had to dump it. ... Everyone looked at me. I waved and said hello. The trainer came over... I said everything was alright, he reminded us that the boxers are below us. The German in me says "Ja und?"
Nice work on the squat bro. (it's a good word - I might start using it more regularly).
You have a boxing gym beneath you? If so, that's pretty sweet.
It's not looking like I'll be in Rockford in Christmas - we're doing Christmas at Kris and Nate's in St. Louis, and then I get back to Omaha on the 26th so we can leave for a basketball trip (Orlando) on the 27th. Are you?
