Yeah, with 275 for 5, I'd say you're well-primed to set a new PR.

As I suspected, these didn't go that well. The 190x1 set was just plain dumb. On the last set - for lack of a better way to put this - I just decided to man-up and do it. It helped.

The CTB pull-ups were all unbroken, and the sets with 7 and 8 actually had more like 8 and 9 since I didn't quite touch on 1 rep in each of those rounds.
For the 10-9-8-7-6 rounds, I used 3 10# plates. For the last five rounds, I added a 5# plate as well since I wanted to make sure I was ready to start The Barn on time, and I was pushing it pretty close.
