This is the 4th day in a row, but with the girls' basketball retreat on Friday, I thought it would be easier to get the training in today than on Friday.

America loves it . . . but Kiley just wants it.

Kathy and I did back squat today. I showed her low back squat, best I could w/o demoing. She did great. =)

I did high bar b/c my dumb side won't tolerate low bar.

I did this on Saturday. It is now Monday, and my abs hurt a lot. Especially, coughing and sneezing cause a lot of pain.
