HSPUs - used 4 10# plates (thicker ones). Didn't have any pain at this height, will probably go lower next time and begin working on HSPUs again.

Also, somewhat comically...last night I had to re-do THREE PULL-UPS! One because I thought Becky died and I dropped to look and see...she did not die. Then two others b/c I knew I didn't get them. GRRRRRR!!!
