It will take place after the last volleyball game, which starts at 7:00 p.m. On the upside, Wednesday's a rest day.

4 rounds for time of:
100 ft Walking lunge carrying two 30#/20# dumbbells (total weight of 60#/40#)
30 Box Jumps, 24"/18"
20 Weighted Pull-ups, 30#/20#

Compare to 05/20/09, although I think we actually ended up doing it the following day instead.

Did this one on Wed, 09/16/09.

In general, the whole thing stunk. I felt slow, and I truly hated the box jumps. My time back in May was 26:30. I was just praying this one wasn't too much slower.

This time around - 22:27.

I now am viewing things in a completely different light.

I too thought this WOD sucked. The lunges were unbroken, but the box jumps felt horrible, the pull-ups even worse. My time previously was 21:46, today's was 20:42, so . . .
I did scale the pull-ups to 25#
Before Phil comments on my "speed" (and Jacob I'm still waiting for some type of sarcastic remark) please note that I am much shorter than Phil and so my range of motion is less than his. Pays to be short, helps tremendously.
