No metcon - I think several people are doing some running today.

Ran 7 miles. Um, it was almost all uphill from 144th and Maple to like, 156th and Hy-Vee's gas station. Booooo. But then on the way back I just couldn't make that time up. Grrr.

1:11 total run time. About 5 minutes stopped at lights so really about 1:16.

The sets of 3 weren't so great, but I was also just happy to be front squatting again after the wrist stuff.

I didn't run this day, so I did "DB Fran" afterward. For some reason, my legs were a little tired.

I've never done this one before - nevertheless, it still seemed slower than it should have been. Had to break up the set of 15 thrusters into 3 sets (the other thruster sets were continuous, if slow), which killed my time.
