I know Phil can't do this WOD this evening, but does anyone else what to? I have practice until 5:00 or so, then I think I'll do it.

Also, I've been feeling pretty good overall, in the post "Rachel" world I live in the past few days. But just now...I sneezed. Ow. Sigh...so she still affects me more than I'd like.

Exciting day - able to do snatch again with no wrist/hand pain. Might have felt a very slight twinge once or twice at the lighter weights, but not really sure, and there was no lingering pain immediately after or today (the day after I did this WOD).

Tried to be intelligent and not go too heavy (that said, 125# was challenging), backed off on last set to work on speed of movement. I'm a bit rusty.

Really wanted it under 5 min, but also exciting, I was able to do slapping push-ups on my palms (not on my knuckles). Used a blue mat just to be safe.
