Rest Day

However, it's the last day of the month, so be sure to time your L-sit before the end of the day for Dutch's Challenge.

ACK! When are you guys doing these? I'd love to have you guys help me out and such with the timings and all. I'll be at CHS from 4:45 or so til...forever. Or at least 7:30

Sometime in there should work for me. I'll be at school and should be free at about 4:30 p.m.

Crud I almost forgot. But if I'm right, I still have like 10 minutes in Nebraska. I didn't practice this at all this month. I also only gave in one try just now.

15 seconds.

Will have to do. I have a video to prove it, if you don't believe me.

I don't have a video to prove it.

46 seconds. I do the "curl up in a ball" sit, not the "L" sit.

18 seconds, then my right leg started to cramp. Probably wouldn't have lasted much longer anyway, though.

Should have improved more over the month, but didn't practice it much. Something to keep working on.

Becky, would you either post your time or email it to me? I need it to average our times for submitting to Dutch.

Let's go with 17.5. Originally I was smiling because I'm not that far off from Phil on my time. However, then I remembered that I used paralettes and Phil used, um, NOTHING BUT HIS HANDS, and with a hurty wrist nonetheless. Sigh.
