Still trying to rest the wrist (at least a little bit), so did snatch instead of clean. Tried to stay fairly light, but it still was twingy, so I stopped after 4 sets.

115 - 1,1 (decided to stop after 1st snatch based on wrist)

I think I need to just bite the bullet and lay off O-lifts for a solid week or two. Going light doesn't even help much for technique since I'm altering my receiving to favor the wrist. Stinks.

Only did five sets so we could start the metcon so Phil could get to work on time. Not that that's IMPORTANT or anything...;)

Metcon time was 9:58. I'd hoped to keep it under 10:00 so I was happy. I was also happy with the ring dips. I'm making progress on them. Got more than a few sets of two in there, and I think it was either same or deeper dip than usual. Woot!
