WOD #1
Death by 10 Meters
10 meters on the minute. Every minute, add 10 meters. Set up 2 cones 10 meters apart. Each minute, add another trip. Add 10 meters each minute until you can no longer continue.


WOD #2
15 min TT


WOD #3
8 min of 100m sprints. Start a sprint every 30 seconds.
4 min of rest.
4 min of 100m sprints. Start a sprint every 30 seconds.
2 min of rest.
2 min of 100m sprints. Start a sprint every 30 seconds.

Note: Start a sprint every 30 seconds. For example, if it takes Johnny 21 seconds to cover 100m, then he rests 9 seconds before starting his next sprint.

I was thinking of doing this one Tuesday evening - perhaps in the gym after practices are over? Does this work for anyone?

Kiley - when are practices over? Maybe my timing is not practical at all.

Also, this will take less than 10 minutes to do. Unless you have world class speed combined with world class endurance. Then it might take 11 minutes.

Practices are over Tuesday at 8:30. I could go before that outside if that worked for everyone else. I start practice at 6:00 or so.

This is approximate - my car's odometer measures it as nearly 2.4, but I also know my car tends to measure just a bit on the long side.
