"Tag"
3 rounds AMREAP of (As Many REps As Possible):
Tire drag, tire + 25#/tire
Push-ups
Tire Flips, Mama Bear/Baby Bear (a.k.a. Goldilocks)
Sit-ups
This is a 4-person workout. The tire drag is task-oriented, i.e., there is a set distance that the athlete must drag the tire (down and back). After this, he goes and tags the person doing push-ups. That person records his push-up score and then proceeds to go and tag the person doing tire flips. In turn, that athlete records his tire flip score and proceeds to tag the person doing sit-ups. That athlete records his sit-up score and then proceeds to the tire drag.
Notes:
Tire Drag - girls use the tire, and guys use the same tire with a 25# DB inside it.
Tire Flip - Mama Bear is the middle-sized tractor tire. Goldilocks is the lightest tractor tire.
The score is calculate as follows:
1. Total your push-up scores and divide by 3 (round down if not a whole number).
2. Total your tire flip scores.
3. Total your sit-up scores and divide by 5 (round down if not a whole number).
4. Add the three numbers from steps 1, 2, and 3. This is your score.
One might notice - if one were slightly anal retentive - that the paragraph describing the WOD was written from the male perspective (i.e., I used "he"). I am a male - thus that particular perspective. If a female were writing that paragraph, I imagine she would write from the female perspective. Using "he or she" is both tiresome and silly.

I plan on showing up.
Also, does Friday at like 7:30 work for everyone?
I'll be there as well (obviously).
Friday at 7:30 works swimmingly for me.
Get it . . . swimmingly?
My order of movements:
Tire Flip 85
Sit-ups 187/5 = 37
Tire Drag
Push-ups 136/3 = 45
Score: 167
The total time doesn't really matter for this WOD, but in case anyone is curious, it was 23:33 (pretty sure about that, at any rate, it was 23-something).
I think I would shorten the tire drag a bit next time. This was a good experiment.
