Rest Day
Here's the plan through Friday of this week.
Monday: Rest Day
Tuesday: WOD
Wednesday: WOD
Thursday: Rest Day
Friday: Dutch's July Challenge
I was leaning a bit toward Friday evening for the Challenge so we can perhaps get more people to do it, but I'm open to suggestions. If you have any preferences or suggestions, please post them to the comments.
In addition, if any of you non-Omahans are planning on doing the Challenge and would like to submit your results along with ours as a team, just let me know. A reminder - this Friday (07/31/09) is the last day to complete the Challenge.

I second the motion for doing the challenge on Friday night.
I like Friday for the challenge. If we could set an earlyISH time for it, that would help me a lot. Long story short, I have out of town family here that day and am supposed to hang with them that evening. I can do the challenge, but then I am outta there. =)
I'll talk to Mike and see if football is lifting in there on Friday evening, and if so, until what time.
Chris - is bball going to be in the gym on Friday evening?
There will be no basketball in the gym on Friday.
Based on the state of the weightroom Sunday afternoon, I'm assuming football does indeed lift on Fridays. It should not be a problem to swipe 3 bars and the needed bumpers and go out into the gym if we and they are at the same time.

Ugh. It's still early. I'm going to try to do the workout on wednesday -- thursday I have company for a week, and I have a feeling the workouts will go on hold.
