Hang Squat Snatch
5 x 1 or work up to a heavy single, 85% of best lift x 1 x 3
This last part means you take 85% of your heaviest successful snatch for that day and do 3 sets of 1 rep each. This convention is the reverse of the common "set x rep" notation and will only show up when specific percentages or loads are prescribed (check out www.cathletics.com or www.mikesgym.org for some other examples of this convention).

Hang Squat Snatch (singles)
Worked up to 125 - was a fairly lousy morning for snatch as this is 15-20# below my squat snatch max and 35# below my power snatch max. Did 135# x 3 on Saturday (full squat snatch), so this was mostly just frustrating, but not the end of the world . . . this is what I keep telling myself.
Vertical Jump 22.5" (not impressive, not horrible)
On the upside, I did 23 butterfly kipping pull-ups. I wasn't going for a PR - just stopped when I felt like it. I could have done some more (don't know how many), but this was the most I'd ever done, so I was good with that.
Won't do your WOD, but will do "Cindy" later today. One difference I noticed (esp. when changing the tire last week and also storms/screens), is the increased strength/stamina factor. It dawned on me as I was changing the tire in 92 degree heat and again carrying storm windows, arms wide and about chest high, "hey, I'm stronger."
Snatch: 30x3, 40x3, 50x2, 60xfail, 60x1, 70x1, [60x1]3 sets.
I can't jump. =) Standing two foot jump = 16". Woot...?

Phil, when did you do the pull ups??? It's all a secret workout when I'm THERE???
Nice work Dad - glad you're noticing the difference. Definitely helps provide motivation too (i.e., seeing results).
Kiley - after I demonstrated them to Evan, I felt like doing a little more. As people left and I was cleaning up (finishing sweeping, tape away, etc.), I decided to hop up there and do some BF pull-ups.
So not secret . . . impromptu.
