Always striving for clarity . . . you begin a 100m sprint every 30 seconds. For example, suppose that on a given interval it takes you 17 seconds to sprint 100m - you then have 13 seconds of rest before beginning your next 100m sprint.

Still need lots of technique work - jumping the bar up far enough was not the issue at 150#. Stabilizing the bar overhead was (and therefore, keeping it close to the body might also have been an issue).
