Location: Ralph M. Captain Elementary School (playground)
Time: 8:00 a.m.

20 min AMRAP of:
5 or 10 Pull-ups (your choice)
Lunges (1 Down-back)
10 Burpees
Bear Crawl (1 Down-back)
15 Push-ups

I would estimate the total distance of the down-back to be about the same as 1 trip back and forth across a volleyball court (maybe a bit longer).

5 rounds + 3 pull-ups

I did the first 2 rounds at 5 pull-ups per round and then decided 10 pull-ups was a better number. Thus the next 3 rounds were 10 pull-ups per round. After the end of the 5th round, I did 13 pull-ups - 10 to make it an even 10 pull-ups per round throughout the entire WOD (5 more for round 1 and 5 more for round 2) and 3 to start round 6. Then the timer beeped. Oh darn.

3 full rounds and all the pull ups and bear crawls and burpees of round 4. Also, I started doing sets of 10 pull ups for the last two rounds.
