Okay, these were sort of a joke because I was SO far from doing one, but my legs still hurt SO bad it was the worst of both worlds. But I digress.I stacked a ton of weights up and touched my rear to them. Only did 3 sets.
Did 3 x 5 since we didn't really have enough time for 5 sets.They were rough. Legs are definitely tired from the last few days - very much looking forward to the rest day tomorrow.I used a 10# plate for a counterbalance and just kept the same weight the whole time.
