I alternated 3 kipping with 3 jumping pull ups. But I started each round with kipping, so I did a total of 48 kipping in the WOD. Which is exciting b/c my previous PR on pull ups in a WOD was 30.
I did baby ring dips instead of jumping. Which was not super taxing on my tris but it WAS harder on my lats b/c I had to stabilize myself instead of just jump and lock out.
Forgot - this was more than a minute faster than the last time I did this (10/21/08). Considering that was done on at least 2 days rest from anything involving the upper body, and considering today's effort was the day after bench press, I am pretty happy with it.
Pull-ups were all continuous except for the round of 18 (15, 3). Dips . . . need some work. Ended up in sets of 3 over the last several rounds (15 and down).

Best quote of the morning: "I never dreamed I would be able to do 48 pull-ups."
Nice work Kiley.
