Today I did last Monday's workout. That's:

Row 500 m
Body Weight Bench Press 30x
Row 1000m
BW BP 20x
Row 2000m
BW BP 10x

I weight 135lb. It took me 29:16. This was the first time I used the rower here, I've only used a rower once before, and I'm ecstatic. That thing is awesome.
My 500m was 2:30.
My 1000m was something like 4:52.
My 2000m was 8:58.
