As the St. Louis half-marathon is this upcoming Saturday, I'm trying to taper a bit, so I'd like to make this one of the last leg-intensive days this week (perhaps the last). This is the reason I'm snatching this evening instead of waiting until Wednesday.

After experiencing how warm both the spin room and the guys' locker were today (as well as NP's other shortfalls), I wonder how much business NP will lose when Urban Active opens up.
OHHHH! That reminds me! The trainer girl (NAMED LORI!) told me today they are selling 2 (or 3, she couldn't remember) years for like, $500 or something. You guys should check it out!!!

In the evening at CHS, I originally intended to do 3-3-3-1-1-1 of Power Snatch. However, as I was by myself, I just decided to pretty much do whatever I felt like with snatch, and I finished with the 3-3-3-1-1-1.
