I am going to try to go to spin, yes. I do NOT think I will be doing that WOD you posted, however, so it's up to you guys as to morning/evening/location.

Hopefully next week I'll be feeling "back" to my normal self and can do fun WODs again.

Also, Phil, tonight I have parent/player meeting at CHS at 5:30. I HOPE it's done by 6:00 but I might not be. But as soon as I'm done I'll come on over to Adventureland etc.

I'm all for evening, but 7 is a bit late, but usually, Phil, you have a reason for making it at the time you do. Also, I like run-on sentences

Yes, you're right. I have tutoring until 6:30, so I might make it to CHS by 6:45, but I put 7:00 to be safe.

I can only do the morning ...I have to work that night...I might try to do this one on my own in the morning so I don't miss out.

Great WOD. The swings were continuous (although my grip was running out of steam on the last set). The C&Js and the dips . . . not so much, although the first 10 C&Js were, so that was good.
