In an attempt to make our programming a bit more intelligent, I've changed today's WOD (see below). The original WOD will probably come up sometime next week after the Lincoln Half-marathon.
Location: CHS
Time: 5:30 a.m.
20 min EMOM of:
HSPU
EMOM = Every Minute On the Minute
Choose an appropriate number of reps per minute and try to complete that number of reps each minute for the entire 20 minutes. The reps don't need to be continuous. If 2 reps is your number, you could do 1 rep, rest a little, and then do another rep before that minute is up.
Your score is recorded as "X/Y," where X = # of rounds completed on the minute and Y = # of rounds completed for the remainder of the 20 minute period.
Rest a few minutes.
"Annie"
50-40-30-20-10 reps for time of:
Double-unders
Sit-ups
Compare to 12/14/08.

Score: 7/6
26 HSPU in 20 minutes - pretty happy with that.
Annie
6:40
11 seconds slower than 12/14/08. The main factor is that I messed up three times on the round of 40 double unders - not sure what the deal was. Also, my sit-ups just needed to be faster.
6/6.5 (see, I told you I'd post that 1/2 round)
25 HSPU in 20 minutes. I'm ecstatic about that, actually. I also measured how high my weight pile was AFTER the WOD and it was significantly lower than my last HSPU workout was. WOOT!
Annie: 11:30. Last time was 14:11 so that's good.
Phil-you can erase the board now :)
