Prior to "Nicole," I did muscle snatch, 3 x 3.

This was my first time doing muscle snatches with any significant weight. I was planning on using 65% of my snatch PR (140#), but this would have been 91#, and 95# didn't seem too hard, so I added weight. 115# was not a max effort either, but by then it was time to start "Nicole."

All kipping pull ups. I took :60 after each run (time started when I walked in the door to weight room) and did one pull up at a time.

4,5,5,5,5,4 = 28 which is a new PR for me for kipping PU's in a WOD. WOOT!
