The 30 seconds don't have to be continuous. You can use a timer on your watch, but that might be a pain - maybe just count it out-loud, i.e., "one-one-thousand, two-one-thousand, three-one-thousand, . . ." It's not a perfect system, but I think it'll probably do.

Phil, if you have nothing better to do (I mean, it's not like you have State this week or anything) feel free to post some WOD ideas for me. =)
I have a jump rope and room to do burpees, squats, push ups, and ... that's about it. Might be able to work in a 400m run but I haven't yet. I'll go peruse the main site now for some ideas, too. I also need to run 3 miles twice this week.
Check Tuesday's (today's) post. I added yours to it. I actually thought about adding some for you but hadn't gotten around to it yet. Hopefully you have a tree or wall to do a handstand against. And maybe a mat or carpet or even a shirt to use as padding for sit-ups?

I'm Kiley, side note. Long story.
Okay time for my workout was 13:13. Good one, Phil. A bit of drama with it being a narrow street with a divider between the lanes and no sidewalk, but I lived and so did the cars. =)
Then I went to practice my double unders. I planned to do 100. I got I think a total of 10 (thru the whole course of the 100) that were consecutive. By that I mean two in a row.
However, I didn't FINISH the 100. I got to 89 and then I saw a strange thing. I saw the ends of my rope fly out in front of me...the TWO ends of the rope...one from each hand. Yes, I broke my rope. Sigh. Stinking cheap rope and stinking dumb textured stone dumb stuff...=(
Hoping to MAYBE get in a group CF Thursday afternoon.
AND...I think I have an 18" ledge to do box jumps on...=)
