We play in the state tournament today in Lincoln, which means I need to be in Lincoln by 6:55 a.m. This either means I'll be doing this WOD very early or sometime in the evening - not sure which just yet. Probably depends on Wednesday's bedtime.

10 min AMRAP of:
10 reps Alternating DB bench press, 50% BW (5 per side, L, R, L, R . . .)
8 Pull-ups
6 KTE

My calves are so sore today that I'm walking like I'm saddle sore. Rest day for me. Might have one tomorrow, too. If I do a WOD it'll prolly be the super cindy that Phil texted me this am (Cindy X 3).
Do you guys know what time Saturday or Sunday you're doing the WOD?

Needed to give my hand a chance to heal, so I skipped the 10 min AMRAP. I had it wrapped up for the deadlifts, but it wouldn't have taken much more.
As for Saturday and Sunday, I'm not sure on times yet, but I'm probably flexible. I might go down to the state tournament on Saturday if Marty goes, but beyond that, I'm open.
Any thoughts on times people?
