BW = 195-200#. I'm pretty sure it's 195#, but I went with 200#. The cleans should have been at 150#, but we were running short of 2.5# plates, so I used 155#.
DL, 300#
BP, 200#
SC, 155#
This is definitely the heaviest Linda workout I've ever done (10-15# per lift), so while I'm not exactly impressed with my time, I'm not disappointed with it either. I look forward to the next one.
Also, way to go everyone - it was impressive to watch everyone going at it hard.

BW = 205#.
Having said that, I scaled down to:
DL: 255#
BP: 185#
SC: 135#
This is one of those workouts where it's like a "rite of passage" if you can do it as prescribed. I can't do that yet so I've got a good goal to work towards.
The last time I did this one the time was nearly the same, but the weights were (205, 165, 125). I'm happy with the improvement there.
BW 143ish. No where near my "correct weights" but that's okay with me. =)
DL, 135#
BP, 65#
SC, 65#
Time was 29:something. I tried to post last night and it wouldn't work (my interwebs were broken) so I have now cleared my watch/forgotten the time. It's in my book. Which is not in here.
Played v-ball afterward. Ow.
Correction - I am probably not 195# as I posted above. I'm probably right in between 195# and 200# since I'm about 199# in shoes (and other items of clothing).
I know, I'm anal retentive.
