14:27I can't say that I'm looking forward to the burpees tomorrow, but I'm glad it's not deadlifts.
I'm definitely a bit sore today. Feeling it in the back, a little in the shoulders, and in the quads.It's kind of a nice and yet not nice feeling. I am conflicted.
Almost forgot - hamstrings.
