I used 95# after yesterday. =) Don't want to re-injure my back.

I can't say that I'm looking forward to the burpees tomorrow, but I'm glad it's not deadlifts.

I'm definitely a bit sore today. Feeling it in the back, a little in the shoulders, and in the quads.

It's kind of a nice and yet not nice feeling. I am conflicted.
