Handstand push-ups
Ring dips
Push-ups

We have 2 sets of rings and 3 people - I think it should work out ok.

Then spin.

Used 5# DB on its end and a 5# plate under that to touch on HSPU. Jumping ring dips. "Belly downs" instead of real push ups. =) Just couldn't do anything but flop down and push up. =) 8:30ish. Now I've forgotten the exact time. Dern. Anyway, it was a lofly workout.

Then spin kicked my tail.

And now the saga of the plates. Had to keep adding plates for HSPUs so I could finish in time for spin. All were 5# plates.

21 reps: 2 plates for reps 1-10, 3 plates for reps 11-21.

15 reps: 3 plates for reps 1-8, 4 plates for reps 9-15.

9 reps: 4 plates for 1 rep, 5 plates for reps 2-9.

I would definitely like to do this one again when there is less of a time restriction. Lesson learned.

Five# DB under HSPU and jumping ring dips. Time was 9:23. Then I did elliptical and my arms feel detached from my body.

A few things:
1) Kathy, I just recalled the sounds of your HSPU fail and laughed out loud. Awesome. Especially b/c I, too, have failed in that way and laughed my head off at that time as well. And that was the day I did the whole workout wrong, and ended up doing WAY too many HSPU. But I digress. =)

2) Phil, you may recall that today I asked if you thought I should run my 3 tonight or tomorrow. Well that gets funnier as this day progresses. I currently CAN walk, but I look like I have recently re-learned how to walk or have been riding a horse much too long. It's awesome. Running...out of the question.

Walking like that deserves recording on video. Or at least an imitation of yourself for your friends.
