I'm having second thoughts about Kelly. Or the cleans. Or both. Hahahahaha...Because of the six miles. I dunno. I want to run later in the day so I can take full advantage of the warmer weather...so MAYBE my legs would be rested up after a few hours break...bah. I dunno.

We could always switch Saturday's and Sunday's WODs - we'd probably need to start at 1:30 (instead of 2:00) on Sunday, but that's fine by me.

Thoughts?

I did 120 horizontal ring pull ups and 120 jumping ring dips. I put the rings a bit higher than normal on the dips. Good times. =)

Ummmm...So I went for my 6 mile run. Annnnnd...I have new understanding of Phil's "issue" and I am not a fan of it. Bah.
