21 DB swings, 70#
15 Pull-ups

4 rounds + row + 13 DB swings

All pull-ups were butterfly-kippping. Not good at those yet, but it made for good practice.

Then at CHS:
SP 5x1: 125, 135, 145, 155 (PR), 160-miss

PP 5x3: 145, 155, 165, 175 (3 rep PR), 185-miss

PJ 5x5: 145, 155, 165, 175-4, ----

Due to some lingering wrist issues from the muscle-ups a few days ago, I dropped the last set of push jerk.

Also, doing the metcon pretty much right before the SP/PP/PJ jerk was probably not wise, and maybe even counter-productive. That said, I knew that going into it and it was still good pull-up practice (which was what I mostly wanted).
