Location: CHS
Time: 5:30 a.m.
For time:
50 Ring dips
Run 400m
50 Push-ups
Run 400m
50 Handstand push-ups
Run 400m
We'll need to stagger our starts due to the rings, but that shouldn't pose a problem. Also, dress warm as it will be a bit chilly (at least for the first 400m).

Ran inside at CHS.
HSPU
Reps 1-9: 4 10# plates
Reps 10-21: 4 10# plates, 2 5# plates
Reps 22-50: 5 10# plates, 2 5# plates
Wanted to keep the HSPU going at a somewhat decent rate to keep this WOD mostly in the metcon range and not turn it into a complete strength workout. The reps from 27 onward were in sets of 3.
HSPUs after ring dips and push-ups are always fun.
13:28 (I think, my watch is in the car)
Did jumping ring dips, knee push ups, and touched a 5# DB for the HSPUs. Now Phil says no more knee push ups, and Kathy and I had both determined we should use shorter weights from now on on the HSPUs. So...while those are good things...ugh. =)
jumping ring dips, knee push ups, and 5# weight for HSPUs...13:13...And I ate some breakfast at your encouragement.
OMG Kathy I'm so PROUD of you! Did you get barfy feeling after? Hope not. Keep it up kid!
