Then worked through the Burgener Warm-up with the PVC and then the bar. Also did a few light muscle snatches . . . at least I hope they would pass for muscle snatches. Need to keep the bar closer to my body - thanks Kathy.
65 70 75 80-2 80-2 But closer to three then the first one. Then I worked on double-unders and did four in a row. And i can now do more than one unassisted pull-up in a row, thanks to Phil's coaching. I also reached the four in a row mark on those.
