With a continuously running clock do one Squat Clean and Jerk the first minute, two Squat Clean and Jerks the second minute, three Squat Clean and Jerks the third minute...continuing as long as you are able. The prescribed weights are 135# for men and 95# for women.

Use as many sets each minute as needed. Power Clean is acceptable if ROM (range of motion) is an issue, and the jerk can either be push or split.

While posting this picture of Andrea, I looked back at the photo of the "12 Days of Christmas" a few days back and noticed that our footpad assembly on the GHD is upside down (I had recently seen an official photo of that York GHD).

The angled pads should be facing down, which makes sense after I thought about it. Most force exerted by the legs would be exerted in the upward direction, and the angled pads (as they are now) could potentially reduce that process.
