Taking my cue from the main CF site, I thought I'd give the whole "posting times/loads/rounds completed/etc." idea a try. So starting with today's WOD (Monday, 01/05/09), I will be posting my daily WOD results to the comments section of this blog. I think it will be good motivation for me since I know my progress will be visible to anyone.
I would also like to encourage anyone else to begin doing the same (either posting to the main site or this one), even if you do a WOD different from the one posted that day. Additionally, since I usually post a "Compare to" link on repeated WODs, this will be an easy way to look back and see how you did the last time a given WOD came up (that being said, I'd still recommend keeping track in some type of notebook as well).
Upon further reflection, if I wind up being the only person who does this, then I will feel a bit narcissistic and will promptly stop.
